Out with the Old. In with the New.

Out with the Sperry's and in with the European sneakers.  I just can't get enough.  My obsession with European sneakers has grown exponentially since my last visit to Paris in March.

It all started with my love for Bensimon.  The french label's iconic rubber soled tennis shoes have become a part of Parisian street style.  You will see them on the streets of Rue Bonaparte in Saint Germain des PrĂ©s to Rue Yves Toudic in Porte Saint Martin.  Available in almost any and every color you can imagine Bensimon's are the way to go for light, casual canvas sneakers.

If you are looking for something more sturdy here is my second love: Gola.  Based in the UK, Gola was established in 1905 in a small factory.  Today, they have grown into a world-wide brand with their signature stripe across the sneaker.  This summer, you can buy Gola's with flower prints or colors of the summer.  I recently acquired a pair of the blue and coral distressed sneakers that I have become OBSESSED with.  So comfortable and easy to pair with any look, you can be chic in sneakers with Gola.

Last but not least there is the Italian label, Superga.  Italians do not fail in fashion department.  As the Converse of Italy, Superga has within the past few years gained much respect in all of Europe.  Sported by fashionistas such as Chiara Ferragni and Alexa Chung, Superga's classic lace-up tennis shoes can complete any look for the summer.  Superga's are also available in many colors as well as glitters, studs and lace.

So get rid of those Sperry's and Tom's (even though it is for a good cause) because we all know that was SO last summer.  This season grab attention with your European sneakers. I know I have!

All three labels are affordable and under $65!
